H.R. Ghabhain is a 2025 teaching fellow for the Virginia G. Piper Center for Creative Writing’s 2025 Desert Night, Rising Stars Writers Conference. Her session titled The Universal Mind: Applying Jungian Theory and the Archetypes to Storytelling will explore how mythological symbolism creates a cognitive and somatic web across time, and how the writers of today can continue to be weavers in this ancient tapestry of storytelling.
